Hey,

I’d like to give you a wee tip for a healthy balanced breakfast. As breakfast is the most important meal of the day (also the best because you can eat the most!), I’ll be sharing with you some of my absolute favourites. This time, a porridge recipe. It’s so tasty I  can’t even imagine my life without it.

Although I love veggies, when I have to choose between savoury and sweet, I always go for the sweet. And you know, it can be quite hard to eat enough veggies with this attitude. For that reason, this porridge is featuring zucchini. Yes, vegetables. Isn’t it great to satisfy those eager taste buds craving for sweets yet fulfil your 1/5 a day? Combine nutritious with delicious!


Ingredients:

150g zucchini

150ml water

40g oatflakes

20g peanut butter

10g chia seeds

2g cinnamon

a bit of stevia

Preparation:

The preparation is quick and simple. Blend the zucchini with water. Mix all the ingredients in a pot. Stirring the ingredients, bring to boil and let simmer for a few minutes until it gets your preferred consistency. Pour the porridge into a bowl, top it with anything you like. Enjoy!
